Baby on the way? An All Change workshop gives expectant parents an opportunity to step back and think about how becoming a parent will affect their key relationships - many parents find this is the biggest change of all! You can attend a one session workshop at any point through the pregnancy, or even after the baby is born. The style is fun and interactive and you will be able to learn new tools and skills.

The prospect of a new baby, especially your first, gives you a lot to think about.
The anticipation of what he or she will be like
The planning for all the things you will need
The changes this new life will bring
Among the things you will explore are:
- What will this change mean?
- How will it affect my relationships?
- Growing a close loving family
- Communicating and arguing better
- When not to try and resolve issues
- Do you know your main love language?
- Telling someone what you want, without starting world war 3
You can attend on your own but it’s even more useful to come with your partner or someone who is likely to be supporting you through this time of change.
A single session at Princess Anne Hospital (Parent Craft Room, Burley Ward, Level F).
2017 Dates: 29 March; 24 April; 5 July; 9 august; 4 October; 8 November and 13 December.
