Further information

Touch Network CIC

We share and celebrate everyday stories of resilience. By doing so, we prevent struggles with mental wellbeing beginning, or getting worse.

The cornerstone of Touch are our neighbourhood storytelling events where we invite people from local communities to meet new people and share and connect with real life stories.

‘My Amazing Story’ is our online community website.  It takes the storytelling events and puts them in an online space, a safe supportive hub where anyone and everyone can share their story and be heard.

We support NHS and Social Care organisations to use storytelling as a tool for improving services. Through improving services we enable a better experience for those who need them.

Through providing a platform to share and hear stories we cheer each other on and learn from one another. We use these stories to enable positive change in our communities and the NHS and social care environment.

We validate emotions, experiences and life’s challenges. We create a safe space to share, free of stigma.  Through sharing, we often find feelings of depression and anxiety are lessened. Knowing others have experienced similar issues, and that these can be overcome, helps to provide hope.  We aim to inspire hope in both storytellers and guests, and to put a spotlight on the power of human connection and resilience.
