QE2 Activity Centre's range of day services offer opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to develop work and independent living skills, and to enjoy new and stimulating experiences, in a safe and supportive environment.  Set in a 400 acre country park, by the Hamble River, it is an amazing environment

There are some things all of our day services have in common:  they are stimulating, challenging and fun, they are a place to meet others and  make new friends, a place where you can learn new skills that will help you everyday, a place where you will have the opportunity to try new things, a place to spend time enjoying the countryside, an environment that is safe and a place to take part in activities that contribute to life long learning and good health.

QE2 Activity Centre has facilities for a wide range of activities with two purpose built, fully accessible, day service buildings, including sensory room, activity spaces and kitchens; an allotment, gardens and workshop; sports hall and skittle alley; access to activities including canoeing, motorboat, archery and climbing; plus hundreds of acres of woodland.  As well as gardening, cooking, running an allotment, shopping and adventure activities we offer music sessions, yoga and sensory sessions.

The Green House - a vocational day service for adults with learning disabilities, using green activities as the basis for a variety of learning and creative opportunities. A full programme is offered based around developing work skills, independent living skills and recreation & leisure.
Monday to Friday; 9:30am to 3:30pm.  Cost £62 per day.

Gold Day Service is ideal for people with higher support needs.  An active, varied timetable is in place, which takes account of people's individual needs.  This service is about enriching lives through an imaginative programme at a pace appropriate to service users' abilities.

Monday to Friday; 10.00am to 4.00pm.  Cost £62 per day.

Blue Bubble Another active group, believes in getting on with things

Monday to Friday, 9:45-3:45  Cost £62 per day.

QE2 Activity Centre is a CIO (charitable incorporated organisation) originally established in 1978 as the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Activities Centre, providing education, recreation and leisure time occupation of people with learning or physical disabilities.
