Activity Coordinators - 60+ support service

Are you over 60 years old, feeling isolated and would like to try new activities or restart a hobby you used to enjoy? Are you lonely and looking to get out and meet new people?  Maybe you’d like to join a lunch club and eat with other people in a sociable, fun environment?  Perhaps you’d like to be shown how technology can help you keep in touch with family and friends or make life easier for you by doing online shopping, etc.

You can chat to one of our friendly team of Activity Coordinators to discuss what you would like to do to make your social life more active or try out some new activities. They can put you in touch with things you might like to try and can support you to attend initially if you lack confidence to go alone.

Please contact the 60+ Floating Support Service to find out more.  This is a free service but there may be a small charge for some of the activities.
