There are two types of emotional first aid programmes: one for Children and young people and one for Parents.
The programme offers attendees the opportunity to recognise and understand signs of emotional stress. The aim is that through developing self awareness and building strategies attendees will be able to move towards taking responsibility for managing their own well being. This programme will help to build on confidence and attendees will be given space and time to explore their thoughts and feelings and reflect on the impact of these, and discuss strategies to move forward.
