What do we do?
We provide Community drop-in sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, when local residents can pop in for a cup of tea or coffee, to look at our wide range of leaflets and information, to browse through our second-hand books, to use our photocopier or computers, to meet friends or to ask questions about events and services available in the community. If our volunteers don’t know the answer to your question, they will know who to ask!
We also provide:
- Benefits and debt advice, during community drop-in sessions on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am -12pm
- Local community groups to hold their meetings and workshop sessions
- Agencies to offer services to local people in a venue that is on their doorstep
- Thornhill Plus You community meetings and consultation sessions
- Local residents to hire for private events
