The Employment Support Team is the council's supported employment service. We offer help, advice and support to people who are disabled or disadvantaged, to find work or training.
A free service who help people find paid & voluntary work. Also help people find work related training, work experience, college or educational courses, apprenticeship schemes. For people who have a disability or a disadvantage, aged between 16 and 65 and live within City of Southampton.
The Employment Support Team currently run the following work clubs which are open to all:

|Tuesdays||Maybush Local Housing Office, 43-45 Irving Road, SO16 4EG||10am-12noon|
|Wednesdays||Northam Community Centre, Kent Street, SO14 5SP||10am-12noon|
|Wednesdays||Central Housing Office, 100F St Mary Street, SO14 7FL||1-3.00pm|
|Thursdays||Central Library, Learning Centre 1st Floor, SO14 7LR||3-5.00pm|
These sessions provide help with CVs, job applications and interview advice.
