Keeping Pace with Pain is a local support group for people who live with persistent pain. The purpose of the group is to give mutual, support understanding and friendship; all the members understand the impact that pain has on everyday life. It is a group that welcomes everyone whose lives are touched by pain: the person with pain and their friends, families and carers. It meets monthly at The Avenue St Andrews United Reformed Church, Southampton SO17 1XQ and its activities can be followed on its website www.keepingpace.co.uk. Membership of Keeping Pace with Pain is free and it relies totally on kind donations.
