We get lots of enquiries from parents, carers and other concerned adults who are worried about children and young people. If you see one of our services that might help someone you are concerned about then please encourage them to get in touch, or bring them into our Advice Centre to see someone.

You are also welcome to call or email us for advice about how we might be able to help. Simply get in touch by calling, or send us an email and one of our trained staff members will talk you through the support we might be able to offer.
It might help to tell the person you are worried about that all of our services are confidential and so even though you are encouraging them to get help from us, we won’t tell you about their problems unless they want us to. It often helps to talk to someone in confidence and children and young people tell us this is something they find helpful.

There is also a lot of help available to support you as a parent or carer and you can get support from an organisation called ‘Family Lives’ who provide free, professional, non-judgmental support and advice in a way that all members of the family can access. They provide a 24 hour helpline, a really useful website, message boards, email service, live chat and parenting/relationship support groups and you can contact them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It really helps us to have parents and carers on board, encouraging children and young people to access our services. Together we can make sure that children and young people get the help they need. Thanks for your support!
