The Atherley Bowling Club is situated a mile from the centre of Southampton adjoining Southampton Common. The club is open from 8am through to 10:15pm every day.
The club has six indoor rinks and two outdoor greens, both grass. The greens are maintained by the club's own staff and are regarded by many as the finest in Hampshire.
The greens are part of the gardens at the club and in previous years we have won many awards for the gardens including twice winning the 'Best Commercial Premises' prize in the annual Southampton in Bloom competition.
There is a regular session on Friday afternoons when children under the age of 16 are most welcome to come and try the sport.
Indoor coaching 8+ years £10 junior membership (not obligatory)
September - Easter - indoor coaching, 50p/ week Bowls provided.
May - September Outdoors by arrangement 12+ years.
Open every day except Christmas and Boxing Day.
