Minimum Experience Required (for supervisory posts only): Genuine enthusiasm &
creativity to achieve success. Enthusiasm to work with children, Prior experience in a nursery setting desirable. Some knowledge of health and safety and first aid desirable

There are different levels of NMW, depending on your age and whether you are an apprentice. The current hourly rates (from 1 April 2018) are:
£7.38 - the main rate for workers aged 21 to 24
£5.90 - the 18-20 rate
£4.20 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18
£3.70 - the apprentice rate, for apprentices under 19 or 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship
National Living Wage
£7.83 an hour for workers aged 25 and older. The minimum wage still applies for workers aged 24 and under.
