Age Concern Hampshire assists older people to increase their independence, knowledge, income, well being and sense of purpose. It provides access to a range of services to support the needs of older residents within Hampshire.
Age Concern Hampshire also ensures appropriate information and advice is available and provides a caring and supportive community to older people and their families/carers to achieve a better quality of life.
Services offered are Information and Advice (Freephone 0800 328 7154), Daycare Centres (11 across the county), foot care clinics, OPAL (Older Persons Area Link), Village Age Projects and a range of Well being projects including lunch clubs and exercise classes.
Age Concern Hampshire's Information and Advice Service is free, other services are charged as advertised.
