Safe New Futures

A charity running 'Choices' training courses enabling people with low confidence, self-esteem, unemployment or mental health issues to overcome their barriers in moving forward and take control of their lives.

50% of long-term unemployed candidates find work.

90% of people improve in self-esteem and 80% are less depressed or anxious.

Based on group Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), candidates learn how to make fulfilling life Choices and break free from old habits and implement new healthy thought patterns.

A pre-course chat with one of our trainers prior to a Choices course will help potential candidates determine if our courses are right for them. We then work closely with the referring agency and ensure a warm handover at the end of the course.

Any Other Notes

We deliver training programmes throughout Hampshire, particularly for 16-25 year olds.  Our schools courses and adult courses are primarily run in Southampton.
