Association Of Breastfeeding Mothers

The ABM can offer a variety of support options, depending on who you are and the information you need. Our counselling helpline is run by fully trained volunteer breastfeeding counsellors taking calls in their own homes. All our volunteers have breastfed their own baby and completed extensive training in breastfeeding matters.

We are able to answer your non-urgent breastfeeding questions via email however, some situations are easier to discuss on the phone as then we can ask about all the relevant details. If you prefer to email us please include as much information as possible in your initial email so we can more accurately reply to your questions or concerns. We aim to reply within a week.

We also provide a list of local support groups that you can visit in your area for free face-to-face breastfeeding support.
