Local Authorities have a duty to provide information, advice and support (IAS) to disabled children and young people, and those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and their parents.
From 1st February 2018, there will be a new provider for SEND Information Advice and Support from, The Rose Road Association (Rose Road).
Rose Road is a Southampton Charity established in 1952, by parents, providing overnight respite, support in the community and activity schemes for disabled children and young people. We have also been providing information and advice services to families since 2009. We pride ourselves on providing the information you need, via factsheets on our comprehensive website, telephone support and face to face support where it is needed. We also provide information, advice and support to children and young people.
