Time to Thrive
We offer courses, coaching and other groups to help people enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing and to clarify and progress actions in any area of life. Support is available to adults and to young people.
This includes the following courses operating face to face and by Zoom:
- Thriving beyond Covid – focussing on helping participants to boost their immunity and emotional wellbeing. 6 two hour sessions or a two session 10-4pm course
- Time to Thrive Foundation Course - focussing on understanding what enables us to thrive and taking practical action to draw on our best and make a difference in any or all areas of our lives. 6 two hour sessions or a two session 10-4pm course
- Life coaching with the Life Balance Wheel. 3 sessions to do a stocktake of your life and identify and progress actions that will make a particular difference to you.
Our aim is to help people make the connections and progress actions that enable them to thrive. Amongst the arenas we draw on in our work are CBT & other coaching practice, positive psychology, sports psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, lessons from nature, ‘work that reconnects’, and human systems dynamics.
