Breast Cancer Care: Free information and support courses for breast cancer patients

Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now are a national charity that provide information and support to anyone affected by breast cancer.

In partnership with University Hospital Southampton, Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now run 3 week survivorship courses for patients who have finished their treatment for primary breast cancer. The courses are called Moving Forward and aim to provide information, support and professional guidance on how to cope with and adjust to life after breast cancer treatment.

The courses offers an invaluable opportunity for people affected by breast cancer to meet others who understand exactly how they're feeling, support each other and learn about a range of topics to help empower them to approach life after treatment with more confidence.

The course runs three times a year at University Hospital Southampton but places are limited so people must register in advance. Find out more by contacting Breast Cancer Care.
