Options Counselling

Options provide Counselling, Training and Consultancy Services in Southampton and Hampshire, and have provided Southampton with a counselling Service for over 40 years. The organisation has grown over the years, both in the range of services it offers and the geographical area it covers. Starting as an alcohol counselling service; through dealing with the myriad of underlying issues associated with the presenting alcohol problem, it has gone on to provide services to support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including, bereavement, stress and anxiety, self esteem issues, and confidence building as well as other addictions. Options counselling has worked closely with the regional community establishing links with Local Authorities, The National Health Service, Primary care Trusts, Social Services and other Government agencies.
