This session is designed to provide leaders and managers with a tiered approach to data analysis and interrogation, as well as understanding how this fits into driving improvement and improving outcomes. Time will be spent unpicking what you need to do to cover statutory requirements and what that may look like.

You will be provided with time to reflect on your current practice and plan your next steps on the data journey. We will consider data cycles and using the data to plan actions in order to improve outcomes for all the children you support. Examples of good practice will be shared.
